Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall inventory, receipt, storage, and issuance of materials at the project/site store.

Maintain accurate records of stock using manual registers and ERP systems.

Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and identification of materials for easy retrieval and safety compliance.

Conduct regular physical verification and reconciliation of stock.

Coordinate with procurement, project, and accounts teams for timely material flow.

Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN, SRN, DC, and other related documents.

Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Manage inward and outward logistics with proper documentation.

Ensure proper storage of hazardous or perishable items as per safety guidelines.

Handle audits (internal/external) and compliance-related activities.

Lead a team of storekeepers or assistants (if applicable).
