Sales & Operations Planning Support
- Support monthly and weekly S&OP planning activities.
- Consolidate sales forecasts and customer requirements from sales teams.
- Prepare demand and supply planning reports and MIS.
- Track forecast accuracy and highlight deviations.
- Coordinate with production, SCM, and sales teams for demand-supply alignment.
Production Planning & Coordination
- Prepare production plans based on customer orders and forecast requirements.
- Monitor daily production schedules and ensure adherence to plan.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to address production constraints.
- Track order execution and highlight delays or risks.
- Support capacity utilization monitoring and planning activities.
Inventory Management
- Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure material availability.
- Track slow-moving and excess inventory and recommend corrective actions
Customer Order & Dispatch Coordination
- Track order status from receipt to dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams for timely deliveries.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain S&OP dashboards and performance trackers.
Process Improvement
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and operations.
- Support SAP and planning system data management.
Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Industrial Engineering)
