Responsibilities -
Immediate Performance Objectives
- 5s implementation across plants
- Ensure implementation of safety initiatives -FIFI- JSA
- Work with CFT on VSM Improvements
- Implement TPM across all functions.
- Work on Process Improvements resulting in Quality and Cost reduction
- To work on Process Flow with standard work,The Big-Picture/Strategic Deliverables
- To work with CFT on identify and Review improvement funnels every year with Cost savings.
- To work with CFT on identify and Review Capex Projects as per Business Vision.

- Train the team on Problem solving tools to achieve their Targets.
- Effective Resource Utilization
