Deputy General Manager - Maintenance

Job Responsibilities – 

• Knowledge of TPM implementation
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance trouble shooting and knowledge of SCADA , motors , drives and utilities maintenance like Generators , compressors , transformers etc.
• Should have ability to analyse problems, identify root causes and develop effective solutions
• Should have ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Should have ability to use computer based systems , such as CMMS, VII
• Should have ability to develop team of electricians and fitters

Key Accountabilities :

• Improving mean time between failure ( MTBF)
• Reduction in mean time to repair (MTTR)
• Implementation of critical spares management
• Reduction in spares cost opex

Skills & Competencies

• Good leadership ability to develop high performance work culture in maintenance department.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance trouble shooting and knowledge of SCADA , motors , drives and utilities maintenance like Generators , compressors , transformers etc.
• Should have worked on Industry 4.0 and low cost automation for machine performance and improving OEE of equipment by downtime monitoring and reduction.
