Manager - Quality

Responsibilities :

• In charge of Aluminum conductor testing, complete Operation of PD, impulse , Ten delta and heating cycle test and Handling Customer Inspections.
• Analysis, Corrective and Preventive actions for non-conformity observed during Process failure of conductors
• Handling Customer complaints at site , root cause and its prevention and customer satisfaction .
• Demo presentation/awareness training for Joint and termination of cable at site and Engineers, precaution to avoid joint failure at site.
• Proper maintenance of Electrical testing equipment to avoid failure and troubling shooting.
• Ensure systematic problem-solving techniques are institutionalized.
• Effective communication between the sales team and customers where required

Qualification : BE / BTech

Technical -

• Conversant with latest technology, testing machines and industry - product standards and specifications
• Sound Technical orientation (Product Specific).
• Lean systems technique experience
