Job Responsibilities-

  • Assist in recording all Capex transactions in SAP, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
  • Help monitor Capex budgets and report any discrepancies to senior officers.
  • Collaborate with project managers to gather and report on Capex project progress and expenditures.
  • Support the configuration and maintenance of SAP modules related to Capex accounting, including Asset Accounting (FI-AA).
  • Assist in ensuring the integration of Capex data with other SAP modules such as Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO).
  • Help troubleshooting and resolve issues related to Capex accounting in SAP
  • Assist in preparing financial reports related to Capex, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Provide preliminary analysis of Capex data to support senior officers in decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Capex data to senior officers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits related to Capex accounting.


Qualification -
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.


Technical -

  • Ensuring accurate recording and reporting of Capex transactions is crucial for financial integrity and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP, particularly in FI-AA


Functional -

  • Effective monitoring and control of Capex budgets help prevent overspending and ensure that projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Providing support to senior officers in Capex accounting processes ensures efficient and accurate financial operations.


Behavioral -

  • Ability to interact independently with plant & corporate accounts teams.
