Senior Manager - Projects

Key Responsibilities -

•    Lead end-to-end execution of greenfield and brownfield projects, including planning, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and project closure.
•    Evaluate and select machinery and technologies through technical and commercial assessment, ensuring adoption of the latest and most suitable solutions.
•    Prepare and review CAPEX proposals, ROI analysis, payback calculations, and EBITDA impact assessments to support investment decisions.
•    Perform load calculations and infrastructure planning for transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, APFC panels, and related electrical installations.
•    Develop and review AutoCAD drawings, layouts, utility plans, and project documentation.
•    Manage installation, commissioning, testing, and performance validation of manufacturing equipment and utilities.
•    Monitor project schedules and ensure execution in line with approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
•    Oversee civil construction activities including RCC, PCC, waterproofing, trenches, foundations, and structural works.
•    Manage roofing and structural projects, including design review, load calculations, fabrication, and installation activities.
•    Plan and optimize utility requirements such as air compressors, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, RO plants, STP, ETP, air scrubbers, and other support systems.
•    Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, installation, commissioning, and performance stabilization of equipment.
•    Drive liaison activities with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals related to pollution control, factory licensing, utilities, and other
