External Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the charge in improving plant efficiency by implementing innovative strategies and solutions, focusing on manpower optimization and output maximization for our tyre production.
• Be a champion for cost reduction at our manufacturing facilities, identifying and implementing effective cost-saving measures without compromising quality or efficiency.
• Spearhead the deployment of Quality Based Management (QBM) initiatives across multiple production units, ensuring seamless implementation and measurable improvements in operational performance.
• Drive a culture of safety and compliance by implementing and monitoring robust safety protocols and actively contributing to the achievement of EHS roadmap targets.
• Be a key player in enhancing our commitment to quality and consistency, driving improvements in quality systems and ensuring we consistently deliver products that meet the highest standards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including production, quality, safety, and procurement to ensure seamless execution of improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, ideally within the tyre industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify areas of improvement, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative and results-oriented approach with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
